ABOUT US
Since 2013, we began to provide a wide range of services in the real estate and infrastructure sector, focusing mainly on industrial and hospitality sectors. Over the years, we have been growing, to the point of becoming a reference in the development of logistics, commercial, institutional projects, in addition to those mentioned above. We are leaders in the design of distribution centers in Colombia. Our goal is to provide architectural development solutions. In our core, you will find a team of professionals with the highest technical and human quality, being able to face and work in national and international projects.
In DBK, we are interested in mental health, psychological well-being and contribute to the purpose of life of our team. For this reason, through quantitative and qualitative methodologies we researched the specific needs of our staff to create a program named "Gerencia de la felicidad"-happiness management. This program seeks to impact the lives of employees in the following aspects: personal growth, self-acceptance, autonomy, positive relationships, mastery of the environment and life purpose. The main goal is to provide the employee with psychological tools to learn to cope life circumstances in an adaptive way, live a full life and work with purpose.
